"Bed and room were comfortable. Shower was terrible - very small and curtain clung to you the entire shower. Staff was very friendly. I was able to store my suitcases in the back room before checking in. Reykjavik is very walkable, lots of public transportation. One bad weather day I used the hopp app (like uber). Hotel close to sculpture walk and 15 minutes from the shopping area. Small grocery and atm available behind the hotel. "

"The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The room was cleaned daily and in a good state of repair. Towels were provided and the breakfast was good (including a large amount of smoked salmon!). The location is away from the city centre (20 minute walk), but it is easy to walk this distance and we found it quite pleasant to do so. This is an extremely good value stay."
