"Pros: Anne at reception really made a difference when checking in. The staff at the sands bar during breakfast were really attentive. The newly renovated bar & pool have great aesthetics. There are many dining options around the hotel. The view of the sunrise was amazing from the room. "Recently renovated rooms look good. Comfy beds, clean, friendly staff. The pub attached to it is also nice, clean, cool beer garden, and the kebab shop is a plus. Near Warwick Farm and Liverpool train stations. We stayed the night to go see the SYD fireworks, price was fair and it was an easy trip to the city by train. I’d definitely recommend it "

"This is absolutely not a 5star hotel. The connection room wasn’t isolated enough so we could hear the neighbours talking loudly around 3am! The charged us for a sparking water from the mini bar, which we didn’t take. The cleaners didn’t leave any other tea except the black one. The area too crowded and it was impossible to find someone to order a coffee. The worse experience ever! Thanks, Caroline "
