"Good location, and rooms are clean and functional. The room was too warm, and the ac didn't seem to cool it. throughout our stay only 1 lift that holds 4-5 people with cases was working, which is not great for a 10 floor hotel."

"Right next to Tres Cantos train station which made it getting to Madrid city centre efficient. Average time to get to the city centre is around 30-45 mins which is the only downside but for the price it was worth it. Right next to a big grocery market, made getting snacks and drinks or meals super easy. Very friendly front desk staff "

"Easy access to city center and clean rooms. Didn’t like that there was not enough parking although they did allow us to unload suitcases and then go to nearby public parking. Although there is an elevator to rooms, there is no elevator near reception area so you had to lift luggage up and down the stairs."
