"The pros: - The location is very convenient to the Old City and Reading Terminal Market, and lots of restaurants in Chinatown. - The owner was very responsive and helpful. - There’s plenty of space. The cons: - No elevator — and 53 stairs. - Very little natural light. It’s a long narrow apartment with a couple of windows at each end (looking out on a narrow shaft). The living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and one bedroom have no windows, and the electric lights are kind of gloomy. - The apartment...
