"The hotel offers a shuttle service that picks you up from the train station, which is convenient. However, it doesn’t provide any guidance for visiting Mount Fuji, so we had to navigate on our own using the Hakone Travel Pass. It would have been much easier if there had been a tour guide or tourist bus that took us directly, even if we had to pay for it. "The onsen Ryoken is a famous one in Japan as the Japanese Emperors had stayed at the estate for a few times. We stayed at a room with private onsen which is excellent. The food was also great and we had a great time."

Superb Hotel

"Fantastic Service from the start to finish. Room was extremely spacious, clean, and had great quality amenities. The interior garden was extremely beautiful with the hot spring water flowing into the hotel. Food was extremely tasty and had a superb variety to cater to many needs."

"Unbelievable night here. Views of lake Ashi and Mount Fuji the best you can get. Even from our personal onsen or balcony footpath. The kids loved watching a movie on the big projector while the parents enjoyed the view. Fridge full of free gifts of food, wine and beer plus soft drinks also. Nice touch. We absolutely loved it here. Caught the bus from odawara station which took about 55mins and the bus stop is just outside the accommodation (Hakone Shiso Mae). On way back 2 bus stops either side of building, "
