"This was a wonderful place to stay. We had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub. The house was in a good location and we were able to find great restaurants and grocery stores close by. We had great communication with the manager. Checkin and checkout process was easy and fast. "

"We had a great stay in Huntington Beach. The house was just as described, and the area was so easy to walk everywhere! Very well equipped and comfortable too!"

"Our stay at Newport Beach was excellent. You sometimes wonder if the sales pictures are as good as advertised and these certainly were. The location is a perfect, quiet neighborhood, the bay a block away, the beach 2 blocks away. The house is clean, well stocked, TV's in every room, big kitchen and the roof top area is an awesome hang out area! The one car garage allowed us to park off the street and was an additional plus!"

"We had a wonderful stay here! Great location! We went to Disneyland and was only about 10 min drive. Everything was great. Only thing is the pool heater didn't work (the hot tub did though!). The girl bedroom beds were really squeaky and the master bed was a tad uncomfortable due to it being sunken in one one side. Overall, great place to stay! "

"The house was just as pictured, the host sent super detailed information about the house with an online digital guide which was super nice. The house was right off the expressway, we couldn’t see or hear the expressway which was nice, but the on and off ramp were right at the entrance of the street. Super super convenient location and quiet, nice neighborhood. I stayed there with my husband, 2 kids- 5 and 3, mom and mother in law and we had plenty of room, it was perfect. "This property was perfect for our family of mixed ages. Lots of space where everyone could spread out. Walk was 25 minutes to Downtown Disney. Safe neighborhood and location. Host is responsive and great to work with. Thank you for a great trip. We would definitely come back and stay here. "

"We had a lovely time staying here we gave a 4 star rating because of the poor shower in the master bedroom and a shower leaking through from upstairs airs into downstairs bathroom. The house was in a great location and we loved the space we had. We were all very comfortable and had a lovely time"

"House had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Fireplace was an extra nice touch. Location can’t be beat! I would stay again! Garage is actually a good size for two vehicles but a challenge comes into play because there are trash bins in the alley from the market. Without those trash bins you have plenty a room but since they’re there, one vehicle is probably ideal. One small thing to note (I didn’t rate down for) was the cleaning crew arriving after we were told we could check in early....

"We loved our stay here and would enthusiastically recommend it to others. Our hosts Iris and Mark seem to have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well-stocked. The house as a whole was very roomy. The location was perfect as it is close to Old Towne Orange, and it provided easy access to the freeway for the quick drive to Newport or Laguna (or the airport). It was a cozy “home away from home” for our week in SoCal. "

"This place was great. We didn’t have a rental car but with the bikes we could get to plenty of restaurants in the area. And the beach is so close and we loved the patio"

"Overall, everything was good. The house is lacking a few essential items (like oven mits and cleaning spray to wipe down counters) but it worked great for our large group. Location was more remote than expected, but it was absolutely beautiful. Ran into a few minor issues during our stay but always received a timely response from the property manager in a professional manner."

"Andrea’s property was cozy, comfortable and an amazing place to vacation. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beach house and all the included amenities. The bikes, volleyball, beach chairs, sand toys, fully equipped kitchen made it so easy to relax and enjoy our stay. Little touches like water and slippers in each room made it feel extra special. Check in and check out were a breeze. I highly recommend this sweet little beach cottage! "

Some signs of wear and tear (loose kitchen cabinet door hinge, clunky freezer door, worn floor mat), but everything was functional. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, along with a common bathroom which was very convenient. "

"Our first trip to Newport did not disappoint. This boardwalk/beachfront property was exactly as described. High-end amenities and furnishings with spectacular views and easy beach access makes this property ideal for families. Living room and master room fireplaces made the home cozy on rainy days. Beach cruisers available to ride the boardwalk were super fun. Garage with access to washer and dryer was great! Location was perfect with easy short walks to restaurants and shopping.
