"Overall, everything was good. The house is lacking a few essential items (like oven mits and cleaning spray to wipe down counters) but it worked great for our large group. Location was more remote than expected, but it was absolutely beautiful. Ran into a few minor issues during our stay but always received a timely response from the property manager in a professional manner."

"Great location, secure garage parking for one vehicle, overall comfortable home. Some signs of wear and tear (loose kitchen cabinet door hinge, clunky freezer door, worn floor mat), but everything was functional. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, along with a common bathroom which was very convenient. "

"Easy walk to beach, dinner and coffee. Wonderful safe neighborhood. House was clean other than couches inside & out. Beds were super comfortable. Could use another blow dryer or 2. Property manager was quick to fix an unusable coffee maker. Would be nice to have checkin info a bit sooner than one hour before. And Guidebook was a bit lacking. "

"My husband and I stayed here for three weeks in Jan/Feb. The place is very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes, pans, etc. so we could make dinner at home. The view from the balcony and upstairs guest room is wonderful - we could watch the sunset over Catalina Island. The neighborhood is quiet and about a 15 min walk to Main beach. We enjoyed taking the Cliff walk along the ocean to Main beach every morning and went back into town in the evening. We would definitely...

"Everything was great! Perfect location and very walkable between beaches, bay and restaurants. Easy drive to other OC locations. Garage was tight but loved having it rather than finding street parking. "
