"Property was well maintained and clean and was accurately represented in the listing. The outside space was really nice and we enjoyed spending our time out there. Decor was so nice as well. The location is convenient and perfect for where we wanted to be, but this area of town is busier than some others so you should know that comes with some noise. Only downside was that the rainhead shower seemed a little weak for ladies with lots of hair. :) Would absolutely stay again! "

"The Pristine Harborside Balboa Retreat made me want to move to the island, but after looking at the prices, VRBO is better. Lots and lots of space at this house. We had grandkids (4, 2, and 1 month) plus their parents and a 26-year old son and wife and me and had plenty of room. Great location. Ferry is just down the road. Main St is less than a half mile. Great Mexican place on the corner. Canal just three doors down. Front patio gets lots of sun...enjoy. We will be back...since we aren't...
