"Our stay at Newport Beach was excellent. You sometimes wonder if the sales pictures are as good as advertised and these certainly were. The location is a perfect, quiet neighborhood, the bay a block away, the beach 2 blocks away. The house is clean, well stocked, TV's in every room, big kitchen and the roof top area is an awesome hang out area! The one car garage allowed us to park off the street and was an additional plus!"

"It's always so hard to find a place with dogs. This surpassed my expectations. House was clean, stocked with enough basics, check in process was seamless, and my two dogs were allowed. "

"House had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Fireplace was an extra nice touch. Location can’t be beat! I would stay again! Garage is actually a good size for two vehicles but a challenge comes into play because there are trash bins in the alley from the market. Without those trash bins you have plenty a room but since they’re there, one vehicle is probably ideal. One small thing to note (I didn’t rate down for) was the cleaning crew arriving after we were told we could check in early....

Location was more remote than expected, but it was absolutely beautiful. "Great location, secure garage parking for one vehicle, overall comfortable home. Some signs of wear and tear (loose kitchen cabinet door hinge, clunky freezer door, worn floor mat), but everything was functional. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, along with a common bathroom which was very convenient. "

"Easy walk to beach, dinner and coffee. Wonderful safe neighborhood. House was clean other than couches inside & out. Beds were super comfortable. Could use another blow dryer or 2. Property manager was quick to fix an unusable coffee maker. Would be nice to have checkin info a bit sooner than one hour before. And Guidebook was a bit lacking. "

"My husband and I stayed here for three weeks in Jan/Feb. The place is very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes, pans, etc. so we could make dinner at home. The view from the balcony and upstairs guest room is wonderful - we could watch the sunset over Catalina Island. The neighborhood is quiet and about a 15 min walk to Main beach. We enjoyed taking the Cliff walk along the ocean to Main beach every morning and went back into town in the evening. We would definitely...

"Had a wonderful spring getaway here. Location couldn’t be better as it is right on the beach and near all the shops and restaurants. Communication from host was great from checkin to check out instructions. Would definitely come back and recommend to others. "

"Truly cannot say enough amazing things about this home on the sea. The check-in process and communication with the host were flawless. It is clean, updated, well-stocked, and HUGE. Beds are comfy as can be, rooms are spacious, and all is beautifully decorated. There is an endless supply of fun to be had given that you are steps to the sand.
