"Overall, everything was good. The house is lacking a few essential items (like oven mits and cleaning spray to wipe down counters) but it worked great for our large group. Location was more remote than expected, but it was absolutely beautiful. Ran into a few minor issues during our stay but always received a timely response from the property manager in a professional manner."

The two challenges were the lack of coffee, and the fact that it's really only a 3 bedroom (the "4th" bedroom is large hallway with a privacy screen that everyone else walks through.) Also, only one hairdryer in the place that we found...had to share. "

"My husband and I stayed here for three weeks in Jan/Feb. The place is very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes, pans, etc. so we could make dinner at home. The view from the balcony and upstairs guest room is wonderful - we could watch the sunset over Catalina Island. The neighborhood is quiet and about a 15 min walk to Main beach. We enjoyed taking the Cliff walk along the ocean to Main beach every morning and went back into town in the evening. We would definitely...

"The place looks just like the photos. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Host is very accommodating and responsive.The only thing we missed was not having a patio that looked at the ocean. "

"This house was really nice! It looked like they just remodeled the entire home; beautiful new tile in all the bathrooms, quartz countertops in kitchen and new appliances. I also appreciated the nice linens and pillows in the master bedroom. Very comfortable bed. The view from the bedroom was incredible. The house was right on the sand, so the kids played a few feet away while we had lunch on the patio. We were very impressed and enjoyed our stay immensely. We will definitely be back!"
