"On our holiday road trip where family members visited and spent the holidays with us, our first stop was Los Angeles for four days. This condo in Santa Ana, not only was the size of the property perfect for all of us but also the cleanliness was excellent.The condo has 3 small rooms, two bathrooms with showers, a full kitchen and a small living room. So many VRBO's don't stock coffee or supplies and they had coffee for all of us. Joey was the BEST communicator. The windows facing the ocean actually open and we spent so much time sitting on the patio with the doors open enjoying the ocean air. So much is within walking distance. Beds were comfy. "Super close to beach and walking trail. Close to restaurants, bars, grocery within a few miles. Lovely stay. There are a lot of stairs, which was noted in the listing. A little older than I expected- needs a few updates and would be top notch. "

"As pictured and advertised. Ground floor condo, interior designed for vacation rentals, clean and functional, excellent beds. Fire pit and patio is great. You can hear the neighbors above, but it’s not obtrusive. Close proximity to houses either side, some noise heard during our stay. Location is excellent. "
