"Absolutely amazing time. Completely exceeded our expectations. The On-Site restaurants were outstanding. Don Quijote was our favorite, but the other 3 were very good. The Los Arcos Lunch was fabulous, the Taco Bar is a must visit(Thank You Jesus for great Service). Le Fuente offered a great buffet overall, Breakfast Omelet Station was fantastic. The Activity staff(Anahi, Denise, Isabel, Fernando) did not pressure you but were the most entertaining people of our whole trip. The Resort was super clean and the staff was always attentive to our needs. Thank you for an Outstanding Vacation....We will be back."

"i stayed for 2 weeks with my well behaved dog. in feb-2025 i felt very safe in the hotel and surrounding area. short 10 min walk to a beautiful beach. room that i had was dog friendly and large .2 bedroom with kitchenette and living room. it had good ac but i rarely used it. strong hot showers. semiprivate balconies for each room. staff was very friendly and helpful. pool and hottub looked beautiful"

"Fourth stay for us at Mousai. Stellar, as always. Cannot say enough good things about Greta, our butler; Alan, the pool concierge; Ceasar and Christian who took care of us at breakfast several times; same for Pilar, the hostess; Omar, who took Alan‘s place mid-stay; and all the pool guys: Eduardo, Arturo, Gabriel, Jerry, Ignacio, and several others whose names I cannot currently recall. And of course, the bartenders. I don’t know their names, but that would make us anything we requested, including custom cocktails. I highly recommend."
