"The house and pool were amazing. The pool was full sun until about 3:00 pm when there was a strip of shade for swimming laps. So nice and warm like bath water. The location across from perfect beach was ideal. Only downside was noise from leaf blowers in morning at 7 and again at 9 and trucks and cars on road. "
