Not only was the hotel clean, quiet, and easy to get to, but the view from our room was beyond amazing. The ammenities were so lovely, with a quiet onsen spa with views of Fuji, and easy access to a hiking trail that leads to a beautiful viewpoint up on the hills. "I don’t write reviews. That being said; the staff are incredibly kind and patient. The rooms felt quite traditional and the private onsen provided great serenity and relaxation. I would stay here again if given the chance."

"This hotel was an authentic Japanese experience. The staff were lovely. The food was quite good and the onsens we’re incredible. It is a bit remote. They do have a van that can take you to public transportation."
