"This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is super convenient to Sakurgichu Station, connected to a shopping mall, and walkable distance to other attractions. Luggage transfer is difficult. We found out shortly before we needed to send our luggage ahead to the airport, they only do hotel to hotel, and the front desk only reffer us to 7-11, which was not helpful. When we had refridge issues, same front desk told us how to fix it ourselves and if we couldn't then they'll come up to help...
