"Great stay with second to none hospitality and service. Hotel is located directly connected to the Queen's Court/Plaza and plenty of dining and shopping options in the immediate area. Nearly everything is within walking distance to include subways and the train station. Hotel does have parking available. Highly recommended. "

"We’ve stayed here twice now, with a third visit scheduled. Staff is very attentive, check in/out is very simple, and the surrounding area offers food and activities for any taste. 5 minute walk to Minatomirai station with direct access to both Yokohama and Shibuya. Well worth it!"

"What stands out was the onsen-like bath! Bath salts were also provided in their amenities bar. Felt good to relax in the tub! They have coffee and hot chocolate at the lobby too. Also, Sakuragicho station is a convenient location to stay at! "

"Confusing to find from Yokohama Station with the pedestrian overpasses. The front door is not easy to see from the point as there's no banner. Very friendly staff, spoke very good english. Love the amenities bar in the lobby, they had face wash, lotion, oil, bath salts, the best mouth wash, hair ties. Very cute they give you a coin for the gashapon they have in the lobby. Their lounge is great! Free drinks (coffe/tea/pop), microwave, lots of tables, and free yokohama playing cards as a souvenir!...

"The building is dated, with nostalgic details from the 70s/80s (the room key is an actual key, not a card, which I haven’t seen in a hotel for ages!) but well maintained and very clean.
