"My overall day was nice. I just didn’t like that all the ice machines were broken except for the one on the first floor as well as I didn’t like that the elevators was out of service so you had to walk up the steps but other than that it’s a very nice hotel And I will definitely come back again."

"Overall the hotel was good. The checkin through Hotels.com was very confusing - it gave me a paid receipt, yet the front desk was asking for payment. This needs to be addressed at a corporate level. I can say, that it stopped me from using the service again, until I get my bank statement."
