"Cleaner bathroom this time which was great. Hopefully the smell of smoke could be eliminated from the hallway..I think when people come in from their smoke breaks outside the smell sticks to the carpet. But Better experience this time around."

The proximity to Cooperstown worked very well for us, as did the ability to fish right across the street from the property - my son and I spent a good deal of time casting from the docks.
