"This was a gem of a spot that filled our need for one night. It was in a great location, staff were friendly and helpful, and we were able to keep our luggage there after check out. The elevator is tiny (from 1930's) but we didn't have much luggage. Rooms were well furnished, clean, and it was nice to have coffee/tea available. They had earplugs available but we weren't bothered by the street noise. Would stay there again! "

They responded that it was indeed confirmed. Three days before my arrival, I send the owner a message with my arrival information and ask for instructions to check in. No answer. "Great location-handy to Milan central station, good restaurants around (we used the Chinese). Handy to metro and trams. Weather was freezing outside but unit was warm and comfortable. Interaction with company all by email. Not something I’m used to or comfortable with, but it worked perfectly. "

"We loved the central location and the property itself was well looked after. The only downside is that it lacks a central dining area as the tables were in the bedrooms (which were quite spacious) and there wasn’t space in the kitchen for eating."

"The location is perfect, only minus was we could hear all what was going on outside like there was no windows. Shower was also a bit weird water was splashing all over the toilet. Apartment was clean and we could walk to main attractions."

"The property itself was quite nice with a kitchen and bedroom was all prepped and ready for when we arrived. The only thing that would say was that the pin key that was meant to let us into the building and apartment wasn’t working. Luckily we bumped into this really nice lady who helped us into our room and gave us a key instead. Also maybe it was just a weekend but we didn’t see anyone at reception but nonetheless great experience"

"Perfect place for a family walkable to a lot of restaurants, the Duomo, metro etc. Its only flaw is how thin the windows are, you can hear the conversations of those just walking by to clearly. I'd still go back and stay here none the less. "
