"We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "

Nous sommes restés dehors toute la nuit...Nous semble t'il avoir rencontré le propriétaire devant l'immeuble qui nous a juste laissé la porte du hall grandement ouverte...Et après cela le numéro communiqué sur l'application ne fonctionnait plus ...Coïncidence... ?Merci néanmoins à abritel de nous avoir accompagné et aider a trouver un hébergement pour la nuit...

"Giampietro is a very helpful and considerate host. Apartament is very well located, within walking distance to Citta Alta and to the railway station. I definitely recommend staying at his apartament. He waited for us late in the evening, and it wasnt a problem we arrived late. If I ever go to Bergamo again I would love to rent this apartament again:) a presto!"

"Instructions for exact location were ambiguous. We arrived looking for the exact address and it took a few minutes to find the right door. There are several businesses at the same address and so there was some cony. This could have been pointed out to avoid such an issue . The apartment was large, spacious and clean. The heating system was not able to be controlled so the entire two days, we were too warm and so uncomfortable. For the washed clothes, it was advantageous. The tv did not work...

Mais si l intérieur est rustique il est fonctionnel, le confort de base y est présent et on ne se marche pas dessus. Agréable après une journée dans la foule.
