"Very nicely located property. 5-8 minutes to the water. Less than 1 km to train. Very competitive price. Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us"

"Yes parking is difficult but once you are parked you don't ever need to move your car as you have direct access to a ferry port and can travel to virtually any town that borders como di lago. Absolutely incredible experience seeing this beautiful and quaint corner of the world I highly recommend this stay for anyone who wants to have an authentic Italian experience"

"Took a chance and got lucky with this property! We had two couples that stayed here, so the fact that there were 2 full baths was a huge plus! The apartment was decorated nicely with updated furniture and the bathrooms were also nice. The AC was cold which is a huge plus when it is hot outside and there is even 2 different thermostats for each room. The host greeted us, gave us a tour of the place and had a whole booklet with recommendations for our stay. Location is great, less than a 2 minute...

"The main reason for the good review is the location of this stay. It is perfect and walkable for Como and getting around. The apartment space was nice and very esthetic looking. They also had a nice welcome packet they email you before the stay which was helpful for restaurant recommendations. "We were four adults (two couples) and found this apartment to be very spacious, modern, comfortable, and well located. We chose Como over the other Lake towns because we didn’t have a car and there are many things to enjoy in this town. There are trains, buses, and ferries available very close to see the region. It is a lovely apartment and made our visit very easy and enjoyable. "

"Stay was excellent except for the delay in getting the check in instruction. We got to the apartment at 1 am and the instructions were missing. The internet was not working and the area didn't have any street lights. It was a bad experience. Also the apartment is on a hill which was not clear from the address or not mentioned in the website. "Communication was fantastic. Loved the location. Safe and close to lake, shopping and restaurants. Property manager met us with the keys and gave great tips on how to enjoy lake Como. Even sent a map with favorite restaurants and things to do. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. "

"This was our first trip to Italy and our first stop! We couldn’t have been happier! We got exactly what we wanted—adventure! I have to say, I was challenged with the driving of the small streets around the community but the atmosphere over ruled the challenges! If you have a car, I would recommend reserving the parking space. "

"When we arrived, the apartment was very warm inside. We attributed this to the heatwave that the Lake Como was experiencing and turned the air conditioner on. When the temperature remained around 35 celcius, I realized that someone had left the wall radiator heater on. I turned this off and the temperature still remained high.
