"Communication with the hosts is a problem. Franco speaks very little English. The check-in was a challenge in terms of his explaining the property and answering questions. That meant communicating with his wife who spoke English. Sometimes she was not prompt in returning calls or email messages. She arranged transportation to the train station which was appreciated."

"We came for a wedding and struggled to find an affordable hotel nearby, so this place was ideal! Mauro was very communicative and helped us check in smoothly. The place itself has so much character, and they left us little snacks, coffee and even sparkling wine! Super kind and thoughtful.
