"This was a wonderful stay. However, if you do not have a vehicle, every trip to the city is easily $35-$50 each way. The city is very clean with great food & great service! The property manager does not respond very quickly. I needed a taxi and never got a response. If we go back to Lugano, we will stay closer to town!!"

"Pros: We enjoyed the location which is close enough to everything and the kitchen was very practical with appliances in working order. We had a couple of issues and the property managers were very responsive which we appreciated. It’s spacious and the pullout sofa being in a room with a door makes it really feel like a 3 bedroom if you needed it. Cons: The apartment wasn’t well cleaned and is clearly a rental with lots of traffic and has been neglected…the walls are littered with scuff marks...

"The apartment itself is fine and the view is great. Unfortunately it is located on a busy road with no sidewalk that opens directly on to the road. Do not stay here with small children. It is not safe. The building is also very old with no elevator. The washing machine was not functional and we had 2 power failures during a 2 night stay."
