"Don’t judge the hotel for the exterior! As soon you get in the atmosphere is so chick and classy! Loved it! From now on I’ll stay there only! The rooms are so spacious and the minibar is impressive! The bed is super comfortable and super clean! The toiletries are from a very prestigious brand, you will appreciate each detail! Additionally, the breakfast included (buffet style) is above and beyond, it’s not the typical breakfast, this is a luxurious meal! Trust me, I’ve travel the world and this chain will not disappoints!!! Finally, pleas keep in mi d that this was México’s first hotel chain ever existed so, trust me, they to deliver the quality service you except and deserve!!!"

"Was very clean however since I had filtered my search with " breakfast included" I thought breakfast is free but I chargrd for the breakfast. So if you want to use the breakfast be aware. Also one night I called and asked for the utensils and I never received it. On the other hand I asked for the mini fridge, the next day they provided for me. I wish they had a swimming pool tho. "
