"This is an old motel, but it's been reasonably updated and is well-maintained, and provides basic accomodations at a reasonable price. I didn't like the lack of laundry facilities - the only option was to use the extremely expensive drop-off service. There are no self-serve laundromats in the neighborhood, but nearby drop-off services are a tenth of the price. The bed was comfortable, with fresh linen in good condition. The shower has great water pressure. The TV is an old model with cable...
