"I stay at this hotel at least 4-5 days a month. Been staying there for the last 3 years. The staff is always friendly and always attentive to your needs. There is a new manager there in the day and he is NOT as friendly as everyone else. I was using the computer to check emails one morning and he came walking up, very rude and starts question me. "This was, I believe YOUR mistake, not the hotel: The price I locked in was $99. You sent along a higher nightly rate to the hotel which was charged to my credit card, and which we only realized when I checked out and provided my confirmation from you. The hotel refunded some of the money. Is this a little trick of yours?I imagine not everyone checks their receipt. If you want specifics,: my receipt, numbers, account, dates etc. I can provide them. It’s a shame, but now I will have to scrutinize everything that is money related, if I do business with you again."
