"The room was nice and clean. The entrance area was very nice as well and loved the Mardi Gras decorations. The receptionist pharaoh always had a smile on her face. The food was mediocre the French toast taste just like plain bread and cheese. Omelette was awful. The pillows were too soft would’ve liked to have had a firm one available as well on the bed."

"I was placed in a handicap hotel room but I am not handicapped nor did I ever indicate the need for anything handicapped! The bathroom was 😷😷😷😷😷 dirty looking and the hot water was not working properly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
