"The rooms are extremely dated and could use some TLC but the actual property is beautiful. The room also had a very strong smell present from a cleaning agent, upon check-in that was horrible and it took me two hours to air out. If you’re sensitive to smells, which I rarely am, this is definitely a concern. I could feel a migraine developing within the first two minutes in the room."

"Small property in very nice location on cocoa beach (1-2 min walk), good food nearby and beach was excellent. Our cruise ship got in early and our host helped us out and was very nice/responsive. Shower needs a little love but not a dealbreaker for us and it did the job, we had a great time. 3 tvs so everyone in the family was able to watch what they wanted when we just wanted to relax. Would stay again for sure. "

"This cottage was the perfect place for our long weekend away. We loved being able to walk to coffee, restaurants, and shopping. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog and we really appreciated all of the provided chargers for charging our devices. Debra was friendly and communicated everything we needed to know, even letting us know there was a launch scheduled while we were in town. We would definitely stay again!"

Owner paid a lot of attention to details e.g. informative local guides, pet friendly, Great WiFi, cozy sitting area outside, plus a secret cozy surprise that I won't reveal here because it is a surprise! Very convenient to the downtown area and very family friendly beaches. Great communications with owner, very accessible. Overall excellent stay, comfortable, and the place has very positive energy. So go ahead! Get cozy!"
