"The property is very nice and the service is very good. It is noisy at night if you need to sleep due to the clubs being very close. The room was excellent. The spa was also nice. Unfortunately I had to depart four days early due to the passing of a good friend and I was not able to get any refund for my prepaid room. This was very disappointing as I would like to return to the property in the future. I was hoping the property would at least credit me but I was told no."
