"Safe and clean "

"A really enjoyable and relaxing stay in a lovely hotel. The room allocated was very nice, spacious, very clean and very comfortable. WiFi in the room was very good until 10pm for some reason. The pool and gym were very good. The pool area was spacious with plenty of loungers. The gym was well equipped for hotel guests. I had breakfast each of the 6 days I stayed and they were good value with a wide variety of options. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The reception staff were able to arrange a couple of city and countryside tours which were very enjoyable and good value. The area around the hotel is very nice / safe. There are a multitude of shops in the vicinity. If you want to travel into the city centre to see the landmarks then taxis/ Uber is very cheap. I would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone coming to Medellin. "
