"This is a really good hotel with great staff Jose is very helpful on arrival and gives you all the information you need. All the girls on reception speak English too which is a bonus. The room was cold and had no heat and the engineer who came up tried to "fix" it without knowing that there was no heat. And I made an appointment for a massage in the spa and in a room where they expect a guest to disrobe, the AC was going, the room was very cold and the attendant thought that just turning the AC off would make it ok. The room was so cold I had to cancel my appointment. ...
