"We waited 20 minutes to get checked in, the room had no card keys when we checked in, the floor was dirty and sticky, the shower curtain was stained on the bottom with what I think was mildew, the bottom sheet was also stained with what looked like mildew and the lighting was very dim - not suitable for reading.
