"This was definitely a “you get what you pay for” property. One of the first things you notice when you walk into the lobby and hallways is the incredibly intense smell of cigarette smoke, even though there’s apparently there’s sensors everywhere (that must be invisible) and the threat of a 500 fine and canceling your booking, if you smoke or vape anywhere on the property. The stairs were not only broken (one whole step was caved in, so you had to skip that step for the first day we were there), but the stairs were also so incredibly loud and creaky as you walked on them. Several more steps were close to breaking as well. For more than half of our stay, full trash bags were sitting in a couple of places. The apartment itself was okay. It was incredibly hot when we got there, the hallways and rooms were at least 78. The rug in the room, right as you entered the unit had a curled and worn edge, and it caught my foot every time I entered. We didn’t use it, but there’s no vent hood for the stove. Check in and out process were easy though. Parking was terrible. "
