"The original room that we booked had an issue that we discovered upon arrival. The owner immediately corrected the issue with an extremely generous room upgrade. "We booked the double room and were pleased with the suite-like setup, which includes a stovetop oven and a full-size fridge—perfect for cooking a full meal. For the price, I have no complaints. As someone from Vancouver Island who often visits the Lower Mainland, this location is ideal—close to the ferry and everything I need. While the motel is a bit dated and no-frills, I don’t mind that at all. It may not suit everyone, but it works perfectly for me, and it’s always my first choice."
