"Truly a beautiful stay at this hotel. The service we received from all the staff was fantastic. Breakfast was great with several options. We had dinner on the rooftop and the food and service was great. The hotel is walkable to other eateries but the roads will several motorbikes and cars can cause a bit of concern however they did not hit anyone or anything 😊. Pool area is nice but I don’t think much of the beach which is not too far away. The hotel arranged for a shuttle to take us there but we had to find our way back but that was easy enough. The area outside of the hotel looks a bit rundown. If you are looking for a nice relaxing hotel with fabulous service this hotel fits the bill."

"Great hotel with amazing staff. Breakfast was always great with Friendly wait staff. A lower pool that was nice and shady and a roof top shallow pool if you want more sun. My only negative was we had a city view and it would be loud until midnight and were early risers so not ideal. But the bed was the best we’ve had. Lots near by to walk to. Will come back but with a pool view balcony next time"

"Our stay at Montigo Resorts Seminyak was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, showing genuine care for their guests. They consistently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make us feel valued. Knowing each guest’s name added a truly personal and special touch. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and efficient. A special mention to Tiwi, Flo, and Laura, who are incredible assets to the resort. Their outstanding service, especially when we were dealing with Bali belly, was beyond impressive. They took care of us with such kindness and professionalism, making us feel truly cared for. The service quality is far beyond five stars, and we cannot recommend Montigo Resorts Seminyak highly enough. Thank you for making our stay such a memorable experience! "

"The feel of the place was relaxing. It was the quiet season when we visited Bali so I appreciated the place not feeling too busy or over crowded. We stayed in the superior villa and I appreciated it’s authentic old feel of Bali, am grateful I didn’t book just a standard room as it was nice to walk through the gardens to our own separate hut!. The room was a little run down but it was really comfortable and we still enjoyed our stay, you’ll need to consider the stairs up to the room should you book this type of room. Overall the amenities are simple, hairdryer was weak, housekeeping was good, the place generally felt safe, although hubby tried to close the light in the wardrobe and got an electric shock due to an unusual style of wiring, overall the place felt secure and pleasant. Fresh bottled water was replaced daily for the use of brushing your teeth. The water in the shower was pleasant and warm. The pool area and swim up bar was also a little run down and the cocktails certainly needed improving, you’ll need to stick to the bottle beers or mixes if you want value for money. The staff are friendly. The complimentary shuttle twice a day to Seminyak square is helpful. But the 25 minute walk to the main heart of Seminyak is do-able. The surrounding area is pretty good. Little Revs is a 1 minute walk for good coffee and easy walking to pretty amazing eating areas too. I would certainly recommend staying at Hotel Villa Lumbung. "
