"Hotel is great and was our second stay at TS suites. Location wise, it’s in the middle of the busy parts of Seminyak and Legian and 15 min walk to seminyak beach. Staff are fantastic in all departments and they can’t do enough for you, so many to mention but Youman on the pool bar and Dwi in the restaurant are superb! Only upgrades the hotel needs to make is to the room tv’s (it might not be the case for all rooms) but ours in 215/217 Tshell rooms where not smart tv’s so couldn’t get...

"Hotel was built in 1996 so clearly showing signs of its age. Staff were lovely but with so many trainees (cheap labour) so much to learn but their enthusiasm and big smiles made it a very welcoming place.
