"The hotel is centrally located in a busy mall area. There’s lot of traffic and if you’re a light sleeper then the traffic noise will definitely disturb you. The room was cleaned daily. There was no central air conditioning so we had to leave the windows open. "

"The resort has makings of a Four Seasons but still need to improve their level of service and consistent room cleanliness - one of our two rooms had a roach, one other room they left one glass and a kettle and nothing else! And no one answers the front desk phone! To get a porter, we had to walk all the way to the front desk to ask them .. and we found the staff on the room behind the front desk chatting with each other! "Just stunning on all fronts. If you want to know what it feels like to be royalty. Go here. The place is pristine. The staff are incredibly respectful and hard working. The food is expensive, but good. Drinks are very expensive. But this place is the real deal. Worth every penny. And there were many pennys"
