"What a lovely apartment! It was very well equipped and decorated. Loved it. It was a home from home. The host was friendly and took the time to explain how appliances and lights operated. There was a very useful binder with information on the area, shopping and restaurants. The apartment was within walking distance of the city center and Alkmaar was worth exploring. "

La casa offriva tutti i beni necessari per il soggiorno. Il giardino esterno è stata la nostra zona preferita. Il quartiere è tranquillo. "We arrived in Amsterdam as the final leg of a 17 day European vacation. Check in and out was easy, Edwin was a wealth of info and the home is spotless. We happened to be there one day that the weather was horrible - cold, rain and VERY high winds,,,a perfect crash day for us to stay inside and rest. Comfy beds. Walking distance from the central train station and a grocery store nearby. "

"We had a great time in Amsterdam. Wessels place is a nice spot for families, outside of the main hustle and bustle but easy enough to get in via tram - especially the zoo.We got a great view of fireworks over the canal from the top floor windows."

"The property was roomy and immaculate. It was very comfortable with a large bed and living room. The kitchenette provided everything we needed for self catering if we wanted to eat in. Very easy to shop for food with a supermarket close by and easy access to public transport and all the sights of interest with canals on the doorstep. Our host was very helpful and greeted us upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this fabulous apartment. "

"When we the weather we came, the weather was bad..cold very windy, and raining. The heating system from the floor was exceptionally good. We can stayed comfortable and enjoyed what the areas can offer. We stayed 5 days and it was awesome place to stay."

Friendly and useful staff, beautiful and peaceful surroundings, the cottage was spacious and clean, and supplied with sufficient equipment (including a recent dishwasher and quite comfortable beds). Only 20 minutes away from Amsterdam if you fancy a visit , but Volendam itself is definitely worth exploring. We highly recommend this place ."

"This not a real studio as it does not have a bathroom neither a WC, these are outside and shared....and very old style. The location is great."

"Diese Unterkunft war inexistent - Es war im Bestätigungsemail eine Tel.Nr. hinterlegt. Als ich da angerufen habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie keine Zimmer vermieten... War somit ein Fake! Hat grad etwas Stress verursacht... gut bin ich nicht dorthin gefahren! "
