"Excellent service, excellent staff and excellent room. I was approached by a man attempting to elicit money from me in the lobby. When I refused He asked me to help him and talk to him in the parking lot to see how hard up he was. When I turned to the front desk there was no one there to report it. Excellent facility and staff but you have some sketchy people getting access to your lobby. "

"This hotel was outstanding. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a complimentary glass of prosecco and were made to feel very welcome. The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable . Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and warm. Plenty of food and drink options. The spa , gym and pool were a bonus . I would highly recommend. "

"This property was just as amazing as the Munich property, easy walk to transportation and restaurants. Loved the chill and funky atmosphere! The room was open, spacious and a very comfortable bed. One thing didn’t like and it’s a personal preference, there was no door on shower. This got the area by the sink pretty wet, found a lot of European properties go for this concept not sure if it’s for aesthetic or cost savings. But don’t let that stop you from booking. Will definitely put this hotel brand on my list of hotels to stay"

"Really enjoyed our stay. Given free room upgrade. Comfortable accommodation in central location just a few minutes walk from St Stephen’s Cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff and good breakfast with eggs and omelettes cooked fresh upon order. "

"Just what you would expect from a Hilton. But the best part of the hotel were the two on site restaurants. Both were very good. Collecting luggage and walking a few steps direct to the hotel was really neat."
