"The property was ideal for our break, very clean and well kept. Staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful and polite. The only thing we were disappointed with was that the sauna wasn't in operation but everything else was great and as described. We travelled to Chester by train and found the public transport and taxis very reasonably priced with the local buses stopping almost outside of the hotel drive. "Staff were friendly, dinner and breakfast were exceptional. The room was comfortable and spacious for a family of four. Spa was outstanding and the children enjoyed the adventure hunt. A great place to stay!"
