"We stayed here for a week in March and it was fantastic! The staff were INCREDIBLE, they live on site and they have a few pet dogs that free roam the property. It has a beautiful pool and is conveniently located right in the main area of town and literally just STEPS to the ocean. You’ll notice the reviews mention how noisy the hotel is because of its location and it definitely is noisy but it really didn’t bother us because we played so hard during the day we crashed hard at night and most of the bars and parties in the area wrapped up between 10pm-midnight. We would choose to stay here again, hands down. "

"A very good place to go when you want luxury in tamarindo. The rooms are nice. The hotel is big but accommodates everyone easily. It was nice to have easy access to town and the stores and restaurants. It’s the type of high end resort that gives you direct access to the town itself. Breakfast was always great and the ocean views were spectacular."

"We had such an enjoyable experience here since the moment we arrived. The property was beautiful, the food/drinks in the restaurant were so amazing, our massage at the spa was great as well. I love the quick and easy private beach access. We swam in the pool and got to watch the monkeys play above us in the trees for about a hour. Transportation to town was quick and they were very accommodating. We originally had an excursion booked through trip advisor and decided to cancel it and book the same one through the hotel for about $100 more and we were so glad we did! It was basically a private tour and our tour guide was absolutely amazing."

"Stayed one night in an oceanfront view room. Was lovely having a morning coffee out on our little patio. Pool, bar and restaurant was fun and full buffet breakfast in the morning. Would stay again."

"Gorgeous location. Fabulous hotel, restaurant, pool. Small and very quiet. Jungle setting, suburb views. But - not on beach if that is important to you. Difficult 15 minute walk (although there is a shuttle) and no beach amenities like chairs. Fabulous long quiet beach though "
