The dishwasher was not operational, nor was the upstairs guest toilet. No hot water in the downstairs shower, no cold water in the upstairs guest shower. We made it work, but it kept us from giving 5 stars."

"This condo was the perfect size for the six of us. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, we were never walking on top of each other. "We had a water leak from AC system, sent a message and was fixed the next day. The location is very close to the beach and many restaurants. The unit does need a deep clean wiping down exterior cupboards, walls, floors. Thinking the cleaning service runs in and out too fast. I would return the unit is a good size and has all you need for a great vacation. Pool area is clean and plenty of chairs to relax in."

"This house is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. Marbella is a pretty town with a small market but not many places to eat. We loved the Tiki Hut which is a short drive, on isolated and black sand Marbella Beach! The bedrooms are air conditioned and the open air house has constant breezes. Unfortunately there was a problem with the water heater and oven during our stay but we spent a lot of time in the pool having fun. There is a charcoal grill but bring supplies because the local markets...

Playa Avellanas Tree House : Our Beautiful Beach

"The Host Ben is very responsive and kind. I wanted to experience living among the Ticos and we loved it. This place is unique and cozy for the 4 of us girls. There are some minor upgrades needed but we are so easygoing that it was not a bother. We survived a huge thunderstorm and no power for just a couple hours. The property has 2 cats. Also each bedroom has air conditioning and we enjoyed Netflix in the evening. This area is definitely a surf town and several restaurants walking distance....
