"Had an incredible time at the blue jewel. Staff was super helpful and helped with breakfasts and all of our excursions. Would recommend the blue jewel to anyone looking for a great place on the beach "

"Our stay was wonderful. Dani was so great and would honestly try to book another VRBO if Dani was the coordinator. We opted to use the shuttle service to get to and from the VRBO which I would recommend as we arrived shortly after 6pm and it was pitch dark. If we were traveling on our our own I highly suspect we could have easily gotten lost as the actual house locators are not marked that well. "Our family of 8 with age ranges enjoy our stay very much! You are able to walk to shops, restaurants, ATV, surf lessons, catamaran etc within 1 mile. There is one main spacious house and two smaller apartments, but it has a common pool area. There was an iguana that greeted us! Would stay again. Thanks!"

"This is a great rental property! The villa complex is super nice and has a great pool. This villa has everything you need - fully stocked kitchen (pans, plates, etc) plenty of bathrooms towels, beach towels, boogie board, sand toys, beach chairs, and umbrella. You’ll get sandy and muddy, but there is an outdoor shower. The property manager Sonia is a great help with the villa and booking tours, and Jorge took care of any issues we had with the villa. I would book this place again."

"The property was great, lots of space, and wonderful outdoor living. Pool was good. Location is good for walkability or a very short drive to town or restaurants. We hadn’t planned on renting a golf cart but did in the end due to the heat and the distance to walk into town. The kitchen had everything you would need. "The villa was truly beautiful, and a perfect place for couples to stay. The cat was very friendly, but if you are allergic this is not the place for you. Miguel was very helpful, and when we had a small issue upon arrival (that was our own fault), Miguel arrived within minutes. Make sure that you are using Whatsapp to communicate. The location is very close to town and the beach. We would highly recommend this villa and Miguel."

We loved the Tiki Hut which is a short drive, on isolated and black sand Marbella Beach! The bedrooms are air conditioned and the open air house has constant breezes. Playa Avellanas Tree House : Our Beautiful Beach

"The Host Ben is very responsive and kind. I wanted to experience living among the Ticos and we loved it. This place is unique and cozy for the 4 of us girls. There are some minor upgrades needed but we are so easygoing that it was not a bother. We survived a huge thunderstorm and no power for just a couple hours. The property has 2 cats. Also each bedroom has air conditioning and we enjoyed Netflix in the evening. This area is definitely a surf town and several restaurants walking distance....
