Most definitely would stay there again. Romina our concierge was very friendly and was very helpful. We ask for golf carts Romina had them park at house so we didn’t have to go rent them she took care of all our needs. Had a great time!! Perfect!!"

"The location of this property is what makes this property so desirable. It is 20 steps from a wonderful grocery store and about 100 steps from two amazing coffee shops. And the beach is about a 5 - 7 min walk. Air condition worked very well. We drank the tap water and no one got sick. Some places in Costa Rica don't allow you to flush toilet paper but this property said we could and we did without any issues. I highly recommend this property. "

"Absolutely beautiful home. Very clean and well stocked. Concierge group was very helpful and answered all questions in a timely manner. We all wanted to stay longer in this home! Its location is perfect. We rented 2 golf carts from AAA golf carts. It was easy to zip into town for coffee or dinner. We loved the pool area. Don’t hesitate to book this home for a relaxing vacation!! "

Short walk to Samara beach but if you want to do a little beach hopping, only r a short drive away, to Playa Carrillo, Buena Vista Beaches . Groceries , Boulangerie bakery with fantastic French pastries , breads , 5 minute walk. Communication with property manager seamless, all of our questions answered quickly; you won't be disappointed with this gem in Samara . "

"We throughly enjoyed our 4 days stay at Baliyana. Our hosts were just charming and we loved conversing in French, Spanish and English! The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly and the water for the shower was hot with good strength. Breakfast each morning was delicious.
