"The Parkroyal is always great and convenient to Darling Harbour & Town Hall train and light rail. I stay here at least once/year. My room this time was really good except the hot water took ages to heat up. I was ready to get out of the shower before it really got warm enough. Check in and out was really quick. "

Our only problem was that our taxi driver insisted we walk from the domestic terminal. We have learnt for next time, load in bags, sit in the cab then advise destination! Or better yet get organised and book the free shuttle at Moxy!"

"Great location with 3 minutes to QVB, 5 minutes to two light rail stations, 4 minutes to Darling Harbour, and plenty of shopping and food nearby. Our room was big and spacious and the staff was friendly. I would not recommend the Italian restaurant on the premises. We did not try the other dining options at The Grace."
