"The location is perfect, right on Lake Como with a private beach. The room is good, bathroom a bit small but convenient. Nice balcony above the water. Because there is no restaurant at the hotel it would be handy to install a mini fridge and a coffee/tea maker. In the nearest village is a supermarket, MD, and everything is very cheap. To the other side is a great restaurant, Onnolulu."

"We had a great stay at Mamma Ciccia’s. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious offering a choice of pastries, meat and cheese, yogurts and bread. Hot drinks were made to order. The facilities were perfect. We stayed in a small, very clean, 1 bed apartment with sofa bed in the kitchen area. Location was incredible! "Incredible! Lucia works so hard for her guests and really makes the stay memorable. My partner has dietary restrictions and she did a great job accommodating those, plus gave us lots of insights on how to take the ferry, train, and so on. Mandello is a very cute little town and this place is right in the center, just steps away from the train station, very easy to get wherever you’d like to go. "We stayed there between May 30th and June 2nd. It's a Beautiful older home and Maria made a fantastic breakfast. The television wasn't working but that's fine with me I don't speak Italian. The internet worked well and the bed was comfortable. I'm looking forward to returning."
