Great location ...8 minute walk from train station, lots of good restaurants nearby, close to lots of shops and 5 minute walk to lake Como. Our room was on the square so quite loud...there on weekend so loud till early hours. Staff very helpful!

The property was really pretty. However, we did not know that there are private roads that lead to it and that you have to be a resident to drive on there. We are expecting that we will be getting a fine because of this. the parking was quite a distance away. It would have been helpful when booking to know about where the parking will be and how we would access it. we might not have chosen this property if we had known about the restrictions. Definitely not recommended if you have accessibility issues.

Location was excellent for what we wanted to do and see. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. Walking distance from the train station. Walking distance from the boat. Beds were super comfortable. Staff was very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. The only thing I would suggest is to improve the lighting in the bedroom with better bedside lighting for reading.

Great value at the oldest hotel in Como
Hotel is in the center of Como and pedestrian only. Perfect location for night life and tours. We had a small balcony facing the courtyard in which we could open windows. At night we closed the windows and had no noise. Beds are abit hard but breakfast was very good

We were travelling for a month and had a lot of luggage so parking was really important to us and we filtered our search by properties that had parking. Property advertised “parking available” which unfortunately means we don’t have parking but for a fee you can use a parking station nearby. We paid an additional £45 to park for the night which we hadn’t expected. On the upside, the location was amazing, the city is beautiful and the hotel is in the centre of everything. We were very comfortable here. Lastly the staff were really kind and friendly.
