"We love the Adolphus! We’re repeat customers and our stays have all been excellent. The lobby bar has great service and the high tea is a great experience. They go over and above decorating for Christmas. "

"The property was fine. It was the valeting parking. I was very disappointed at the way my daughter was treated and talked down at like she was a child. I understand this time of the year is stressful, but if you didn't want to come to work, call off or take the time off in advance. The way the guy acted, was very unnecessary. I would recommend staying somewhere where you are treated like a human being. "
