"We originally were put in room 1613 and upon arriving we found that the AC wasn’t working. We kind of decided to try to put up with it (we were staying Monday - Saturday) we ended up letting the front desk know (Tommy was amazing!) on Thursday since by that time they had sent maintenance twice with no results. Tommy at front desk was extremely understanding and kind and even gave us a new room this time with working AC! "
