"A fantastic stay and a brilliant evening had in the bar, they even had Elvis in the building! The food was great, the room very comfortable with a lovely bed and the welcome was very warm. Could not fault this place at all. Perfect for a overnight stay. "

"I stayed in one the cottages and it was super; clean, cosy & warm and designed to a high standard. The private garden a great addition. The restaurant and food is good quality and I thought priced reasonably. Chilham is a pretty village and the White Horse Inn is also super for a drink with the locals. Canterbury is a short drive, or train journey so a great place if you want to visit the city but be in the country. I loved it. "

"Lovely character-full old property. Very comfortable beds and good facilities. Excellent staff. High quality chef-prepared food. Friendly people. Only small gripe is the ales were Shepherd Neame - I prefer a range of real ales. (Good pint of Timothy Taylor Landlord London Pride in the neighbouring pub though.) "

"One night stay for a party. Perfect for walking to sea front and town. Room was very spacious with a separate sitting room area. Very clean and lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"We stayed in one of the roundel rooms in the Oast House which was quaint. Nice welcome and staff were helpful."

"Generally a good experience, nice room etc. Only criticism was finding it. A single door but entrance on the street but reception via the bar next door makes access confusing and difficult to spot from the road as you arrive in the car. There is no parking so it’s important to be able to see the place from the road before looking for parking that is close by."
