"So first off I’d like to say this is my first time staying here in Maggie valley. This hotel was really nice in my opinion. I have two boys (5 and 2) and I had to bring my pack and play for my 2 year old. The room was HUGE which was great so they could have room to run around and play. The lady staff at the front desk was super sweet and helpful. (She had the braids/dreads) and breakfast was pretty decent. They had a waffle maker, fruits, breads( bagels, muffins, white bread), juice, milk and cereal, sausage links and scrambled eggs and egg omelettes with peppers cooked inside them. And they also have an indoor pool and hot tub ( I didn’t know about til I got there). The parking lot was spacious. And at the front they also had some snack food for sale (candy, chips, soda etc) which made it convenient so we wouldn’t have to leave the hotel for a snack. I def recommend this hotel and I’ll more than likely be back next year 💙"

"Surprisingly nice. I've if the best hotels in the area that we have ever stayed in. Nice rooms, well decorated with higher quality furnishings. Big hot tub. Kitchenette. TV had a great selection. Immediately across from the pancake house for breakfast. "

"It was a delightful stay! The room was clean with snow white sheets and towels, comfortable bed, and an abundance of fluffy pillows. We had a creekside room and it was so private and peaceful. Wonderful to enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs there with the sound of rushing waters and the feeling of being in the woods. We did not use the indoor pool but it looked clean. I missed breakfast but my husband said they had a decent selection. In room coffee was good, which is a rare occurence for me. We had planned on doing a lot but we ended up staying at the room most of the time because of the atmosphere. It is an older property, so if things like a few paint chips, older tub and toilet, and a broken but operable balcony door latch bother you, go elsewhere. But if you want a relaxing stay at a great price, by all means stay here. I know we plan on coming back!"
