Small but ok for 2. Didn’t get to try hot tub because it was so cold outside. Had two bathrooms which was nice. Parking tight but we managed with our large pick up.

It was a great location. A cute and cozy house. It was 2 weeks after Hurricane Helene and we had issues all week with not having proper drainage with shower, toilets and sinks. But overall it was a wonderful home. We enjoyed the hot tub.

Cozy little place
AC not hooked up well; noisy in the bedroom. Indoor steps to bathroom and bedroom should be listed. Lots of cobwebs outside. Beds were comfortable and hot tub was great. Well furnished.

Cool little spot
I actually quite liked it. There were a few things I was surprised by, however. It was much smaller than I imagined, but that is hard to convey. you cannot well just measure rooms and give out measurements as though that would make a difference. It would be difficult to be in that location with more than 2-3 people I'd think. Also, while it did have AC, it was not central heat and air. Rather it was mobile AC's that were quite powerful. The primary bedroom got quite cold at night if you kept the door shut and turned the AC at full tilt. It is loud so if you need quiet, that's not gonna work. Also, the spare bedroom never reached a level of cool that I wouldn't sweat profusely in. The rest of the house was quite a tolerable temperature. Kitchen was clean and lovely. the porch was wonderful. The hot tub was great, though getting the top off it was more than a little difficult. A smaller person might struggle. The neighborhood felt safe and polite. Cal was responsive and wonderful. I cannot stress enough how great he was. It is well worth the stay, in my opinion, if you fit the right party.

It was okay, but toilet needs to be replaced because it felt like you are going to fall on the floor, carpets need to be replaced because they were dirty with stains, and the lane to the property needs to be repaired due to large holes.

This is the second time I have rented this house. It was decorated for Christmas and my granddaughter was thrilled. Beds are comfortable, house is always clean and this is in a great neighborhood centrally located to many activities. Will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Great place to stay in Maggie Valley. Off the main road away from traffic noise. It has all of the appliances needed to prepare meals. One of the clearest plates we've stayed. Comfortable conditions after a long day at Dale's wheels through time museum.

Nice, small rental with easy access.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. The house was small but was plenty enough room for the two of us. It’s a two bedroom and two bath so there would be enough room for two couples or a family of four. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. We loved that it had a keurig coffee maker and there was even some k cups available. (There was also a regular mr coffee maker available). The TV’s had lots to choose from to watch. The hot tub was nice too and there is plenty of outdoor space ,including a covered porch and carport. And there is a privacy fence which was nice. We loved that it was easy to get to and very close to town. No steep mountain roads so we could drive our Honda sedan with no worries. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and everyone seemed friendly. We look forward to staying again!

Close enough to Pensacola
The week did not start the way I hoped. My uncle, who I cared for, died the Sunday before our trip to Orange Beach. I had to travel to Pensacola on early Sunday morning. My uncle died that night. My husband and granddaughter came down on Tuesday. Because of my uncle's death, I had to travel back and forth to Pensacola to handle arrangements. It was not the relaxing vacation we hoped to experience. It was work.
