The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. "We stayed for the weekend to visit Chico state. The location was superb and we had access to everything. The home is so well kept, very warm and inviting. The hosts thought of everything, including white noise machines in each room. Check in and out was so easy. We'll be back."
