"We had a lovely week in Madrid made all the better by our choice of apartment. The only negative was a little confusion over access to the keys, but that was quickly sorted. The apartment was clean with ample towels and bedding. The kitchen was basic but sufficient for our needs. There is a sofa and tv if needed. "Sergio greeted us at 7am, showed us around the apt., and even left coffee, water and milk for us to get started. The place is charming, with two bedrooms facing the pedestrian-only street and one quiet one in the back. The bathroom is small but adequate; the kitchen has what you need. Central location and so much to do! Easy walk to bus, train, uber, shopping and groceries. We would definitely go back!"

"We had a great stay at Eva's place. The house and garden are beautiful, well kept and clean. The outside spaces are wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with all cooking supplies. And there are nice cafes and playgrounds in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it for a family stay in Madrid."

"Das Viertel Malasana hat Charme und Wohnung liegt prima. Aber geeignet als Ferienquartier ist dieses Appartement nicht. Es ist nicht nur viel zu klein, sondern man kann nur an wenigen Stellen überhaupt aufrecht stehen. Damit konnte man nach der Beschreibung wirklich nicht rechnen. Nachdem man die steile Stiege hochgekommen ist, kommt einem in der kleinen Dachkammer dann auch mal der Gedanke nach einem potenziellen Fluchtweg. im Brandfall. Über die Dächer wirkt das doch etwas unsicher. Die Dusche...

"Huge villa with flexible accommodation well suited to families and larger groups. We had fun in the large pool and ate all our meals in the outdoor dining space. Christian has provided so much to do, trampoline, table tennis, pool toys, table football etc so the children were never bored. Really great family holiday."

"This apartment is close to restaurants, shopping, and the main square. It was clean and well taken care of. I also enjoyed the old charm of the building. The host was very helpful with recommendations to restaurants/markets and was avalible if we needed anything. I don’t think I could have asked for anything else. "For a 3-star hotel it is excellent. In front of La Gran Via and the Santo Domingo bus and metro stops, it makes moving through Madrid a breeze. Carefour grocery is nearby, so are restaurants and ice cream shops. Near Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and other landmarks in the area."
